REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
We pride ourselves in our professionalism and work. Please understand that we will not give refunds for a change of mind. This includes therapies, products, pre-payments and gift vouchers.
We will try our best to offer an alternative treatment or therapy if we are able to.
Unopened products may be exchanged, but a 10% stocking fee may apply.
Any products that have been opened cannot be replaced or refunded under any circumstances.
Should a product be proven faulty you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit.
If you have any issues with any of our therapies or treatments, please let us know during the treatment so we may have the opportunity of fixing the issue immediately.
